Clinical Approach

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Psychotherapy can offer space to explore the patterns, experiences, and adaptations that may have helped you survive but no longer support the way you want to live.

My trauma-informed approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and integration, with attention to the ways past experiences may continue to shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

The work is collaborative and tailored to the individual, creating space for greater understanding, self-trust, and meaningful change.

Areas of Support

Psychotherapy may offer support when you are navigating:

Trauma and the lasting impact of difficult experiences
Grief, loss, and significant life transitions
Anxiety, depression, or periods of emotional distress

Relationship patterns and challenges

Feeling stuck in patterns that once helped you cope to
survive

Questions of identity, boundaries, self-trust, and  meaningful change
